Return and Refund Policy (Fewango)
We offer you a 30-day return right.
This means that you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Conditions for Return
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- Original Condition: Unworn, unused, free of stains, odors, snags, or damage;
- Original Packaging: With all labels, tags, accessories, and free gifts;
- Hygiene Items (tights / bodysuits / lingerie): The hygiene seal or protective strip must not be removed or damaged;
- Proof of purchase (e.g., receipt) or the order number is required.
Important Note:
For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for items whose hygiene seal has been opened or removed, or which show visible signs of wear, unless the item is defective.
Initiating a Return
Send us an email within 30 days of receipt at support@fewango.com.
Please include your order number, the item name, the reason for return, and any photos (e.g., for quality or shipping errors).
After review, we will provide you with a return shipping label (if applicable) and detailed shipping instructions.
Unannounced returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs
- Our Responsibility: If the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered item, we will cover the return shipping costs (please follow our instructions).
- Customer Responsibility: For returns for personal reasons (e.g., not satisfied, wrong size), the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
To avoid returns due to size issues, we recommend checking our size and fit guide before purchasing or contacting our customer service.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get a new item is to return the current item for a refund.
Once your return is accepted, you can purchase the desired item in a new order.
Non-Returnable Items
Returns are not accepted for:
- Items showing visible signs of use (makeup, perfume, body odor, washed, or altered);
- Hygiene items with removed or damaged hygiene seals or protective strips;
- Missing free gifts, labels, or packaging;
- Items returned after the return period has expired;
- Gift cards or discount vouchers;
- Dangerous goods or flammable liquids/gases (if applicable).
European Union – 14-Day Right of Withdrawal
If your order was shipped to the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from or return it within 14 days without giving any reason.
However, according to Article 16(e) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal is excluded for goods sealed for health or hygiene reasons that are not suitable for return once the seal is removed after delivery.
Regardless, all returned items must meet the conditions listed above.
Refund
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed automatically within 10 business days to your original payment method.
Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since the approval and you haven't received your refund, please contact us at support@fewango.com.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order carefully upon receipt.
If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at support@fewango.com so we can promptly investigate and resolve the issue.
