1. Delivery Areas & Transit Times

  • Germany (DE): Standard 2–4 business days
  • European Union (EU): Standard 2–8 business days
  • International (outside EU): Standard 2–8 business days (depending on destination country)

Transit times are estimates starting from handover to the shipping carrier (e.g., DHL/DPD/GLS/UPS).

3. Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received (Mon–Fri; excluding public holidays). Pre-orders follow the information provided on the product page.

4. Shipment Tracking

After dispatch, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking link via email/SMS. Partial shipments are possible (at no extra cost).

5. Delivery & Failed Delivery Attempts

Please double-check the name/address/phone number. After repeated unsuccessful delivery attempts, the package may be redirected to a pickup station or returned to us. For parcels returned due to incorrect/incomplete address, failure to pick up, or refusal of acceptance: the product value will be refunded minus the actual incurred shipping/return costs; a new shipment is possible subject to additional shipping charges.

6. Loss/Damage

Please report any shipping issues within 7 days of the (planned) delivery date to support@fewango.com (include order number, photos, proof of packaging). For B2C purchases shipped to DE/EU, we bear the transport risk until the goods are delivered to you.

7. Taxes, Duties & Fees

  • EU Deliveries: Prices generally include VAT. No customs duties apply.
  • Outside the EU: Any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or clearance fees are the responsibility of the recipient; these may be collected by the carrier upon delivery.

8. Non-Deliverable Items

If an item is unexpectedly unavailable (e.g., inventory discrepancy/quality check), we will inform you immediately and offer a replacement, partial shipment, or refund.

9. Force Majeure & Peak Periods

Delays due to strikes, customs events, severe weather, pandemics, and peak seasons (e.g., Black Friday/Christmas) are possible. We will keep you updated via email.
