Welcome to FeWanGo! The terms "we", "us", and "our" refer to FeWanGo. FeWanGo operates this shop and this website, including all associated information, content, features, tools, products, and services, to provide you, the customer, with a personalized shopping experience (the "Services"). FeWanGo is based on Shopify, which enables us to provide you with the Services.
The following terms and conditions, together with the policies referenced herein (these "General Terms and Conditions" or "Terms") describe your rights and obligations when you use the Services.

By placing an order, you make a purchase offer. FeWanGo reserves the right to accept or reject your order at its sole discretion for any reason. Your order is only considered accepted after confirmation by FeWanGo. This is conditional upon the receipt and processing of your payment. Please check your order carefully before submission; cancellation requests after an order has been accepted may not be possible. If we do not accept, modify, or cancel an order, we will inform you via the email address, billing address, and/or phone number provided during the order.
The return or exchange of your purchases is exclusively governed by our Right of Cancellation/Withdrawal [LINK].
You represent and warrant that your purchases are intended for your personal use or household use and not for commercial resale or export.
SECTION 4 – PRICES AND BILLING

All delivery times are non-binding estimates. We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or events beyond our control. Upon handover to the shipping carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you.

Names/logos of FeWanGo are trademarks of FeWanGo; Shopify designations are trademarks of Shopify. All other trademarks belong to their respective owners.

Optional third-party tools are provided "as is" and "as available" – without warranty. Use is at your own risk; the terms of the respective third-party providers apply. New features also constitute part of the Services and are subject to these GTC.

The Services may contain materials and links to third-party websites. We do not review these and are not liable for content, purchases, or use on third-party sites. Please review the respective policies before engaging in transactions.
SECTION 9 – RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY
FeWanGo is powered by Shopify. However, all sales/purchases occur directly between you and FeWanGo. Shopify is not responsible for aspects of the transactions between you and FeWanGo. You release Shopify and its affiliates from any liability arising from your transactions with FeWanGo.
SECTION 10 – PRIVACY POLICY
All personal data we collect via the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy [LINK]. Certain data may also be subject to Shopify's Privacy Policy. If you submit feedback, you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, sublicensable, royalty-free license to use it in any medium and for any purpose. You warrant that you have all rights to the feedback and that it does not infringe any third-party rights. To the extent permitted by law, FeWanGo, Shopify, and their affiliated entities shall in no event be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (incl. lost profits/revenue, data loss, etc.) arising from the use of the Services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
SECTION 17 – INDEMNIFICATION
You indemnify FeWanGo, Shopify, and affiliated entities from claims by third parties resulting from your breach of these GTC, violation of laws, or your use of the Services. We will notify you of indemnifiable claims; we may control the defense without imposing obligations without your consent.
SECTION 18 – SEVERABILITY
If a provision is invalid, it shall remain effective to the extent legally permissible; the remainder shall be deemed severed. The validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
SECTION 19 – WAIVER, ENTIRE AGREEMENT
Failure to enforce a provision does not constitute a waiver. These GTC and published policies constitute the entire agreement and supersede prior arrangements. Ambiguities shall not be interpreted against the drafting party.
SECTION 20 – ASSIGNMENT
You may not assign this agreement or rights/obligations hereunder without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms and our rights/obligations without consent.
SECTION 21 – GOVERNING LAW
These GTC and any separate agreements shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. The exclusive place of jurisdiction – to the extent permitted – shall be the courts at the registered office of FeWanGo.
SECTION 22 – HEADINGS
Headings are for convenience only and have no legal effect.
SECTION 23 – CHANGES TO THE GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The current version of the GTC is available on this page. We may update, change, or replace parts of these GTC by posting updates on our website and – to the extent legally required – informing you thereof. Changes take effect on the specified date. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the changes.
